Do I have to be a licensed agent?

No. Cash buyers and wholesalers both join without a license. If you are an agent representing investors, you can run a separate buy box for each one.

How many emails will I actually get?

You set it, one to twenty a week. Most buyers sit at three. If nothing fits your box that week, you hear nothing at all.

What stops fake or daisy-chained deals?

Every deal has an executed contract on file before it can send. We check both signatures, the assignment language, and that the buyer-side name on the paper matches the account uploading it.

When do I get the property address?

At handoff, once you are a qualified buyer talking to the wholesaler. Until then you get the neighborhood, the zip, and every number that decides a yes or no.

What does it cost a wholesaler?

Your first three qualified buyers are free. After that you pay per qualified handoff, never a percentage of your assignment fee. Uploading, verifying, and matching are always free.
